National Sales Program Mananger



Antech Diagnostics, the largest exclusively commercial veterinary diagnostic laboratory in the nation, is in search of a National Sales Program Manager working out of our Santa Monica, CA office and reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing.


As part of the VCA Family, which operates the largest network of freestanding, full-service animal hospitals in the nation, Antech Diagnostics delivers state of the art testing and consulting services to practicing veterinarians.  Our diagnostic spectrum of tests in areas of chemistry, pathology, endocrinology, serology, hematology, and microbiology enhance the veterinarian’s ability to detect, diagnose, evaluate and prevent disease and other conditions affecting animals.



The National Sales Manager will plan, execute and finalize all aspects of trade show logistics.  This includes researching potential shows, speaking opportunities, sponsorships and marketing strategy development. 


In this position, you will work directly with the sales leadership team to develop and deliver on the overall trade show needs of the Company.  Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Research potential trade show opportunities to align with the company’s marketing and sales goals and to expand market reach.
  • Coordinate the logistics of each trade show, including assigning personnel, working with marketing to prepare an effective and exciting trade show booth for each show, coordinating travel, ordering badges and needed electrical, furniture, etc., manage lead-retrieval, and coordinating material shipments for each event in a timely matter.
  • Collaborate with Sales management to develop strategy for trade show presence in various territory markets.
  • Coordinate post trade show and event staff meetings to discuss effectiveness of show and improvements to make.
  • Develop and train sales personnel for trade show presence.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials for trade shows including presentations, web copy, and email campaigns.
  • Travel up to 75%.



The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or equivalent work experience; a Master’s Degree if preferred.   Qualified candidates will have a proven in trade show logistics and possess the following: 


  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage projects independently
  • General knowledge of business, sales and marketing operations
  • Ability to manage outside vendors, negotiate contracts and develop industry relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
