Antech Diagnostics, the largest exclusively commercial veterinary diagnostic laboratory in the nation, is in search of a Lead Client Services Representative working out of our Fountain Valley laboratory and reporting directly to the Director of Client Services/Lab Coordinators.

Antech Diagnostics is looking for a great Client Services Team Lead that can help oversee the daily proceedings of the entire department, as well as contribute to improving protocols within the department and the lab. The Team Lead must be able to perform all tasks required of an Administrative and CSR agent. Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a team like environment are crucial for this role. The ideal candidate is someone who has the ability is able to problem solve independently as well as facilitate resolution to cases that their team members might encounter throughout the workday.
