    The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders delivering a high level of generalist knowledge and skill in human resources to support both business and human resource objectives.  The position will be required to demonstrate the ability to support strategic imperatives for the organization by driving HR initiatives and executing core HR processes with a hands-on, consultative approach in all facets of human capital strategy.


    The incumbent will have accountability for developing, directing and executing related Human Resource programs and practices in a dynamic, transformational environment while advocating the use of best practices and progressive, cost-effective methodologies. The ideal candidate will also have strong healthcare recruitment experience working in a high volume environment. 


    • Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree is preferred
    • 4-6 years of Human Resources Management experience, including experience as a business partner or HR generalist; strong influence, and change management
    • Strong analytical skills, including reporting, synthesizing data to identify themes and create solutions to address those issues
    • HR generalist skills, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, development, HRIS, and project management
    • Proven coaching and conflict resolution skills
    • Successful track record of delivering superior service
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; presentation skills desired
    • Outstanding organizational skills; including the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines, as well as multi-task in a fast paced environment.
    • Multi-location management experience preferred
    • This position could require some travel to both local and out of state locations
