    Due to continued growth, Antech Diagnostics is looking for a Lead Laboratory Technician in Fountain Valley, CA! The Lead Laboratory Tech you will support the Serology work flow providing guidance and training, and jumping on the bench to ensure quality work is completed on time. The Lead Technician will assist in leading the team through the shift while encouraging an atmosphere of teamwork, integrity, and respect.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required, preferably in Science related field
    • Proficient with Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technique
    • 1 to 2 years’ experience in clinical or production laboratory (preferably in Serology department)
    • Effective leadership skills, with the ability to motivate employees to meet and/or exceed performance expectations, and recognize start performers
