We are looking for a Regional Sales Business Manager to oversee our Mid-Atlantic Region (Virginia, West Virgina, Maryland and Washington DC).
This postion will be responsinle for Providing sales expertise, operational insight and managerial focus with direct reports while exceeding revenue plans and improved return on investment strategies within a complex marketplace and with a broad span of control. Ensure the continuity between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and all functional areas designated to support the sale of Antech Diagnostic’s Reference Laboratory services.
Candidates should have previous sales management experience in a service industry, preferably in Animal Healthcare, Human Healthcare, and Human Laboratory. The Ideal candidates will have a demonstrable record of previous sales management performance success with a track record of generating leads and closing deals. Business to Business Sales experience is a plus. Solid time management skills and the ability to organize prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences. Professional and effective interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm and the ability to meet established goals.
The Ideal candidate will live in the Washington DC Metro area.
