    Antech Diagnostics, the largest exclusively commercial veterinary diagnostic laboratory in the nation, is in search of a Vice President, Client Services working out of our Lake Success, New York office and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

                        

    As part of the VCA Family, which operates the largest network of freestanding, full-service animal hospitals in the nation, Antech Diagnostics delivers state of the art testing and consulting services to practicing veterinarians.  Our diagnostic spectrum of tests in areas of chemistry, pathology, endocrinology, serology, hematology, and microbiology enhance the veterinarians ability to detect, diagnose, evaluate and prevent disease and other conditions affecting animals.

    Responsibilities

    Our Vice President, Client Services will be our champion of client care—this leader is responsible for crafting the vision for the client services team in alignment with the changing needs of the business. You will work closely across the business to create and implement a client service strategy that is aligned with our strategic priorities and values. 

    • Responsible for call center (inbound and outbound) operations and for exceeding all company goals for service performance.
    • Define the overall client care strategy and drive the ongoing development of Antech's client services function to build a best-in-class team.
    • Establish deep partnerships and cross-functional processes with key internal stakeholders including Labs, Finance, Sales, and Information Technology to ensure seamless execution of service.
    • Create measure and exceed service standards and key performance metrics for client interactions.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred
    • At least 8 year’s call center/client services management experience with inbound, outbound and data entry responsibility
    • Previous experience in a healthcare call center setting
    • Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
    • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and deliver award winning client support solutions in a dynamic, high growth business.
    • Ability and willingness to be hands-on and dive into the detail in order to meet revenue, quality and budgetary goals.
    • Knowledge of call center operations and best practices, but also the ability to develop a team that can resolve issues.
    • Independence, high energy, and a proven ability to drive results under pressure and in the face of ambiguity.
