Antech Diagnostics, the largest exclusively commercial veterinary diagnostic laboratory in the nation, is in search of a Contracts Administrator, working out of our Fountain Valley office and reporting directly to Senior Manager of Contracts & Compliance.


As part of the VCA Family, which operates the largest network of freestanding, full-service animal hospitals in the nation, Antech Diagnostics delivers state of the art testing and consulting services to practicing veterinarians.  Our diagnostic spectrum of tests in areas of chemistry, pathology, endocrinology, serology, hematology, and microbiology enhance the veterinarians ability to detect, diagnose, evaluate and prevent disease and other conditions affecting animals.



The Contracts Adminstrator is responsible for verifying and activating new contracts and renewals accurately and timely.  The Contracts Administrator will be required to complete other general contract admin duties as well :

  • Communicate effecectively with clients and our inside sales team
  • Verify and Activate contracts and amendments within the Accounting Database
  • Mail completed contracts/amendments to clients
  • Process Auto Renewal notices on a monthly basis
  • Process Auto Renewal Opt Out notices
  • Terminate contracts when needed
  • Process new owner Assumption notices
  • Verify and add additional accounts to contracts
  • Communicate database/contract inconsistencies to the sales team and/or database team
  • Provide assistance and support to clients and sales team
  • Assist with any other projects or tasks when needed



  • High school diploma or equivant required.
  • Associates degree in related field preferred. 
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to priortize tasks
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Ability to Multitask and work efficently
  • Excellent verbal and written communcation skills
  • Proficency, 10 key, and have strong computer skills
