Responsibilities

Do you have Call Center Experience? Are you good with troubleshooting technical problems? Do you have a passion for helping animals and enjoy working in a fast paced environment; Antech Diagnostics has the perfect job for you!

  • Provide website support to clients by identifying problems, researching resolution and guiding the client through resolving the problem.
  • Follow up with clients on inquires, issues/concerns and request.
  • Provide timely response to client emails and live chat requests.
  • Update self-help reference guide for customers and employees use.
  • Document all problems/issues with pertinent information.
  • Escalate client issues when appropriate
  • Meet with IT Development team and assist with troubleshooting and development

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of call center/client services experience with inbound, outbound and web support. Live chat experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Self-starter, with the ability to effectively prioritize workload
  • Experience with troubleshooting technical issues with end user
  • Team Player
