Inside Sales Coordinator

Overview

The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Antech’s Test Express Representatives with backend administrative functions in addition to managing sales for Test Express international accounts.

  • Foster professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Set up new accounts.
  • Update and maintain client records.
  • Work International prospects through the sales process.
  • Work closely with management and senior team to identify opportunities.
  • Timely follow up to all international incoming leads and qualifying each prospect accurately.
  • Send appropriate product information and track progress of all international leads.
  • Handle supply orders, support questions, and other inquiries.
  • Handle internal service issues including billing issues, price checks, Antech online concerns, and other customer service related questions.
  • Handle external service issues including any FedEx issues, courier issues, supply fulfillment, etc.
  • May be asked to participate in enterprise initiatives, special projects, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ years previous sales experience with a preferred background in telephone, retail sales or customer service
  • Prior experience within the Veterinary/Animal Hospital (Vet Tech) preferred
  • Passionate for the well-being and health of animals is a must

Physical Demands 

 

The associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding.  The employee frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.  The employee is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office environment.  The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

 

Work Environment

 

The employee will primarily work in a typical office environment including use of cubicles, computers and overhead lighting. Temperature extremes will be minimal to nonexistent.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  The employee will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, data base management, email, and the Internet.  The employee is frequently required to use a calculator; fax, copy machine, and phone system.
