The Sales Operations Specialist will serve as a Salesforce guru, manager, and analyst, addressing the evolving needs of a quickly growing organization. This role is responsible for driving Salesforce and sales operations best practices to Antech, ensuring processes are as automated as possible, operations remove administrative burden where possible, the contract infrastructure is a center of excellence, and data is of the highest quality. The ideal candidate will also be able to work directly with field sellers to ensure they are trained on sales operations processes, data quality expectations, and contracting and renewals processes. In the short term, the administrator will help launch Salesforce to the organization by engaging with business stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and challenges, document or update functional requirements and specifications, and implement the necessary changes in Salesforce by utilizing the most suitable solutions (either within Salesforce or in collaboration with third party vendors or systems). Longer term, the Sales Operations Specialist will play a key role in driving best-in-class sales operations at Antech.

    • Field support: Engage with sales professionals to drive operations process and Salesforce adoption as well as quality data. Work with sales processionals to understand operational challenges and determine ways to solve. Always act as a resource for revenue professionals.
    • Operations optimization: Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals, metrics, processes, and requirements to identify system changes that will increase overall efficiency and improve the user experience. Proactively identify gaps in the existing infrastructure and development process, to drive process and Salesforce efficiency.
    • Salesforce management: Design and implement customizations and enhancements (flows, workflows, process builders, formulas, custom objects, and fields, sharing rules, page layouts, reports, and dashboards). Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance and documentation of the platform.
    • Data analysis and dashboard creation: Compile information needed for pipeline reviews, sales and revenue forecasting, renewal planning, and customer reviews, and sales coverage planning.
    • Contracts: Ensure the contract infrastructure is a center of excellence within Antech’s commercial operation through improvement of customer-level detail, i.e. who is in a contract, for how long and how much, for every customer. Identify and protect loyal customers, while employing creative tools to aggressively pursue white space accounts.
    • Release management: Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes impact departments, users and up/downstream systems and


    • deploy releases and updates accordingly. Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
    • Sales training: Collaborate across organization to build implementation and training plans and end-user materials to drive adoption of system changes and enhancements.
    • Tech stack: Partner with technical delivery teams to effectively deliver solutions to production – QA, UAT, Release Management & production support while managing scope, schedule & cost considerations. Prepare & maintain technical design specifications, system flow diagrams, performance reporting & other system documentation. These tools must accelerate and scale the sales process by automating administrivia and prompting actionable next steps.


  Our Ideal candidate will  have  the following  qualifications :


  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • com Administrator Certification preferred or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator building custom applications and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, etc. required.
  • Health care background preferred (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.).
  • Salesforce skills – Has experience developing SF dashboards, managing SF data, and updating technical requirements.
  • Ability to multi-task – Manages multiple tasks at one time; quickly shifts attention among multiple tasks under distracting conditions without loss of accuracy or appearance of frustration.
  • Communication skills – Reads, writes, and speaks fluent English, using appropriate grammar, style, and vocabulary. Correctly, spells commonly used English words and job specific terms.   Demonstrates exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational ability – Demonstrates a systematic approach in carrying out assignments. Is very orderly and excels at cutting through confusion and turning chaos into order. 
  • Data analysis – Demonstrates ability to run basic analysis on data sets.
