Responsibilities

Antech Diagnostics currently has an opportunity for an Antech OnLine Website Support Lead.  Our The Antech OnLine Website Support Representative will report directly to the IT Support Manager providing technical support to our clients and lab staff identifying and correcting problems.

  • Act as lead coordinator for Web Support team projects
  • Lead team of Web Support representatives
  • Provide support to clients by identifying problems and researching answers, guiding client through corrective steps
  • Provide guidance for team members on troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
  • Put together flow charts and documentation for team members
  • Provide support to internal teams such as client services, sales & lab staff
  • Resolving username and password related issues
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
  • Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue
  • Escalate customer trouble issues when appropriate
  • May be asked to participate in enterprise initiatives, special projects and other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

The Ideal  candidate will have the fallowing experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience/heavy phone experience
  • Previous Technical Support experience a plus
  • Previous troubleshooting experience with end users preferred
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Excellent follow through skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively with end users is required.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Effective listening skills and ability to deal with difficult callers
