Antech  Diagnostics is currently looking for a self-motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our marketing team. This person will be primarily responsible for the creation of emails, landing pages, workflows, sequences, as well as making sure all leads are properly assigned in SFDC. This person must have a solid understanding of email marketing to the point where he/she can develop and execute strategic market campaigns in a timely manner.


  • Establish, define, and implement objectives and goals for assigned projects.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns in support of the strategic marketing plan.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create clear and compelling marketing campaigns tailored to all stages of the buyers’ journey, including landing pages, emails, and workflows.
  • Develop data-driven campaign plans with clearly defined goals, objectives, target audience, messages, tactics, key partners, and asset requirements.
  • Track and report on campaign results and analytics, and tie into actual performance and revenue impact.
  • Monitor digital advertising trends and generate insights to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and optimization.
  • Carry out campaign management tasks including campaign launches, bid/budget updates, monitoring, etc.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing, including creative, landing page, and audience testing.
  • “Self-starter”, strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, ability to prioritize workloads, and fast learner of new digital marketing specific technology tools.


Our Ideal candidate will have the following  education and experience:

  • A./B.S. in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of Hubspot experience.
  • Hubspot certified preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Hubspot and SFDC integration a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with automated marketing tools/techniques.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced workflows.
  • Can work independently on a project or in a team environment.
  • Stays up to date with latest marketing trends.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills including interacting with various department leaders.
  • Ability to be self-directed and motivated.
