The Production & Service Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Production & Service Department (all modalities). This role will be responsible for the departments build schedule to ensure the department is hitting KPI’s outlined by the Director of Customer Operations. This position will manage intra-department personnel to configure, test, manufacture, and continuously improve the products we build. In addition, this individual will meet daily service repair needs of designated equipment and serves as an escalation point related to service/support and production issues. The Production & Service Supervisor will collobarate and work cross functionally with other departments. Incumbent will drive product quality, serviceability, and resolve formal customer escalations to help promote service business growth.
