Responsibilities

Antech Diagnostics  has a opportunity  for a Recruiter.  The Recruiter will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

  • Partner with Corporate leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
  • Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
  • Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
  • Develop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches.
  • Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.
  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
  • Create contacts within the industry.
  • Create job descriptions as needed.
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions maintaining the established time to fill goal.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Develop a pool of qualified active and passive candidates in advance of need and maintain regular contact with them.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Post openings advertisements, with professional organizations, job boards, and in other position appropriate venues.
  • Assist with the management of the use of recruiters and headhunters as requested.
  • Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
  • Maintain career opportunities section on Antech Diagnostic’s website.
  • Develop and execute a personal time management plan.

 

 

Qualifications

Candidates should have the following  experience  and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter
  • Professional certification (SHRM, PIHRA) preferred
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone, resume data base, and internet research
  • Ability with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
  • Ability to work tight time-lines
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in general HR functions preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point
