Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Sales Tools: Build and provide sellers with relevant knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve marketing and sales objectives/priorities. Tools would include competitive battlecards, high-impact sales presentations, mobile applications, digital and print collateral, etc. that will equip the sales team to win new business and secure renewals.
  • References: work with the sales team to identify reference accounts, conduct reference interviews / case studies, and package up in a compelling way for reps to use.
  • Sales communications: Build, vet, and deploy an internal sales communication strategy and tactical execution plan. Including a sales portal/community, weekly sales newsletters, and annual and quarterly sales enablement calendars.
  • New Product & Program Launches: Partner with product, marketing programs, and commercial marketing teams to understand upcoming product launches. Develop and execute plan to support product launch with high-impact sales tools, references, communications, etc.
  • Field Support: Be the trusted sales enablement business partner to the field. Engage with sales professionals and partner with the industry subject matter experts on enablement programs, content, curriculum, deployment, and metrics. Leverage industry knowledge assets to construct, deliver or facilitate enablement solution for specific regional sales teams
  • Sales process and customer journey: understand the Antech sales process and build tools to help accelerate the sales process and improve the customer journey.
  • Market research: Run effective enablement research and discovery to identify opportunities for the highest impact sales tools
  • Stakeholder management: End-to-end program management for industry sales enablement programs in the field. Manage and communicate the enablement portfolio including, active and completed programs, updates, success metrics and calendar. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on industry enablement priorities
  • Training: Work with training team to empower sales professionals to confidently use the tools and programs; build content and delivery training as appropriate.
  • Contracts: develop customer-centric contract design, so it is an effective tool in the sales process.
  • KPIs and Metrics: Develop key performance metrics to track effectiveness of sales enablement tools and projects. Work with an agile mindset to continuously improve based on feedback and new learnings.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a commercial function (sales, marketing, sales enablement)
  • Experience building sales tools (i.e., competitive positioning, talk tracks, etc.) preferred
  • Healthcare background preferred (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in sales – either training, enablement, or in the field.
