Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Programs: Develop new sales & marketing programs that drive growth for current customers and inspire high-value competitive customers to choose Antech as their future partner. Manage multiple complex, strategic programs and/or projects to successful completion. Drives strategic alignment across cross functional teams to succeed against company-wide goals.
  • Field support: Engage with sales professionals to identify opportunities and customer segments to be supported by programs, create effective commercial approaches, launch, and track programs – both adoption by customers and utilization by reps.
  • Channel Partners: Engage with strategic channel and industry partners to develop, implement, and measure success of strategic programs
  • Customer Journey: turn customer adoption and retention strategies into reality by executing through an integrated customer journey approach. Ensure that a clear brief and defined tactical customer journey-incorporating the right channel mix -is developed for each marketing program. Leverage data to iterate and improve.
  • Execution: work closely with commercial marketing on comprehensive program channel execution including email campaigns, webinars, event follow up, nurtures series and social media. Analyze email, webinar and all campaign performance for continuous improvements. Share findings across sales and marketing. Longer term, include A/B testing on programs.
  • Commercial Processes: Ensure the processes are developed to support the program and make it easy for reps to use and customers to engage with. Ensure all programs are linked to Salesforce.com campaigns to ensure accurate campaign ROI tracking.
  • Contracts / Program Documentation: Ensure the appropriate documentation is developed, designed, and leveraged to support the program – contracts, letter of intent, ROI calculators, etc.
  • KPIs and Metrics: Develop goals and key performance metrics for marketing programs and set up infrastructure to track effectiveness. Provides insight and analysis to senior management regarding marketing program success and sales channel effectiveness.
  • Sales plans: Work with accounting, finance, and sales leadership to aid with sales incentive compensation plans, particularly for new products, bundles, and programs.
  • Targeting: Utilize data-centric market segmentation and program targeting, by leveraging the large reservoir of data within Antech Diagnostics, (and Mars Petcare as a whole) coupled with real-world customer research.
  • Sales Training: Work with Sales Training to define curriculum. Ensure reps are trained on and leveraging programs accurately and effectively to support goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic program management, ideally in support of Marketing, Product, or Sales teams
  • Healthcare background preferred (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
