You will be responsible for:

  • Strategic market & customer analysis: Collect and build veterinary segmentation data to analyze and identify opportunities for growth, across existing customer base, industry white space, channel partners, etc. Identify cross-sell / up-sell opportunities and prioritize growth opportunities based on resource demands and constraints. Work closely with sales leadership, operations, and marketing to define go to market strategy for both net new revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • ROI Analysis: develop ROI assessments and revenue analysis on growth opportunities. Develop presentations and content to clearly communicate the growth opportunities, i.e., executive read-outs.
  • Growth strategy & plans: Work with cross functional teams including sales, product, customer programs, and commercial marketing to establish growth plans, campaigns by segment, field programs and promotions, etc. Work with commercial marketing to develop strategy, prioritize, experiment and drive integrated campaigns across new customer segments and install base. Advise on content campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and education. Work across the marketing team to identify process and campaign gaps and initial projects to drive pipeline and closed-won business.
  • Win-loss & competitive analysis: Stand up win-loss program and drive learnings across the organization to continuously improve programs, sales enablement, sales training, and marketing. Understand the veterinary competitive landscape and continuously collect and share competitive information while also adapting plans based on new learnings.
  • Annual & operational planning: Help drive the strategic and operational planning cycle to determine the portfolio trajectory and facilitate resource planning, organizational objectives and KPIs to achieve longer-term strategic goals. Support a high-performing, highly-collaborative team.
  • Field sales: Work with sales team to track account engagement within target accounts and continuously align marketing and sales. Coordinate with sales and marketing operations to build best-in-class programs to drive highly qualified leads.
  • Operational efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and spend efficiency through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes. Identify opportunities to drive automation, efficiency, and scalable growth throughout the customer-facing organizations.
  • Tracking & reporting cadence: Develop and support a regular reporting cadence that tracks results of programs, demand generation marketing, channel marketing, and growth strategies.        


The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience and/or management consulting industry experience
  • S., M.S., or MBA preferred
  • Experience with collaborating and leading in a matrixed environment
  • Familiarity with financial analysis, operating statements and forecasting
  • Excellent skills in project management, portfolio management, planning, and/or resource planning
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver a high-caliber of work and attention to detail/direction
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillset
