  • Work with R&D for the development and release of product line extensions, platforms, and new technologies.
  • Conduct Pre-market analysis for Business Case
  • Translate Product requirements/user requirements into user stories
  • Act as Liaison to suppliers
  • Manage and resolve product issues-instrument and consumable
  • Provide in-depth specific technical knowledge of the clinical discipline and specific product /competition
  • Provide ongoing input to improve quantitative and quantitative data collection for product management using customer data and internal customer-facing departments
  • Interface with service and implementation team/quality manager to implement changes to product or process uncovered in these areas
  • Assist in the coordination and writing of Technical /white papers and compiling data
  • Develop technical content for customer /sales/and service training 
  • Develop a Product Roadmap
  • Support field sales organization on highly technical product inquiries; provide product information, including technical data. 
  • Communicate and coordinate the release of new features while promoting and monitoring adoption
  • Make product obsolescence and discontinuation decisions for lifecycle management.
  • Update and manage product labeling and IFUs as required.
  • Maintain up to date product documentation
  • Support Field trials 
  • Collaborate with the Supply chain for inventory control and product codes
  • Contribute to Next Generation specifications and design
  • Work to ensure business and customer satisfaction of on-market products, thereby ensuring revenue and promoting excellence in point of care 
  • Veterinary diagnostics.
  • Promote the integration of technical and non-technical internal disciplines to create seamless product-impacting processes.
  • Establish expertise in customer use of products, pleasure and pain points of products compared to competitors, industry wishes, and veterinary medical standards of care.
  • Work with customer-facing teams to gather data and analyze issues, call drivers, and service events.
  • Collaborate with logistics/supply chain to minimize future backorders, and respond rapidly to resolve current backorders.
  • Execute product improvements and optimizations that increase customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expertise and input on product development requirements or substantial changes/additions to existing on-market products



A licensed and certified veterinary technician or Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) with clinical lab experience 

5+ years’ experience required in clinical diagnostics company in a technical role, in related discipline

Veterinary experience preferred

Minimum of 3+ years' experience in Product management with product development focus in related discipline

Bachelor's degree in one of the sciences, advanced degree a plus



Analytical thinker with financial acumen

Proficient in data analysis and statistics

Good leadership skills and experience facilitating cross-functional team activities

Desire to see continuous improvement in processes and programs

Ability to work as a team member and independently

Must possess strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal skills to provide guidance and feedback

Computer skills – Comfortably and confidently use a computer and specialized software. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, AND PowerPoint 

Overnight travel required



Extensive sitting, phone, and computer use 

Extend and reach with hands, arms, use hands, and fingers

Occasionally required to bend, kneel, stoop, or crouch

May be required to lift, move, and carry up to 15 lbs.

Specific vision abilities are required, including close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Ability to effectively communicate via the telephone and in-person
