Responsibilities

Our Inside Sales Repersentatives will be respnsible for utilizing standardized sales practices, territory management and relationship building skills to grow an assigned Diagnostic Reference Laboratory and Imaging territory. Business growth comes from gaining new customers, retaining at-risk customers and cross-selling products and services. 

  • Meet sales objectives (quota) both overall and for key growth initiatives via demand generation within targeted geography via the phone, email, and other company provided communication tools.
  • Successfully launch new products and service
  • Demonstrate success in key sales metrics such as growth rates and improving the health of your business.
  • Consistently demonstrate Selling capabilities over the phone.
  • Identify key decision makers and practices’ needs/pain points and be able to tie-back and implement platform solutions to solve customer needs. Be a true consultant and trusted advisor to provide innovative ideas and solutions to customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and new prospects this is achieved by following up on inbound leads, proactive cold calling and following up on outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Interact with customers following all Antech promotional guidelines, with guidance from Director Inside Sales, engage in forecasting, planning, and account resource allocation and strategy.
  • Utilize our Customer Relationship Management system to identify evidence-based account growth, acquisition and retention opportunities.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and regular one on ones with manager and adjust strategies and tactics to maximize territory
  • Develop and execute a call-cycle at the account and veterinarian level that delivers reach / frequency expectations.
  • Work with colleagues in a professional manner to include consistently meeting expectations around integrity/compliance, work ethic, role/responsibility, conduct, effective communication, all administrative responsibilities, and overall
  • Negotiate contracts, together with terms and conditions of business.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations (generally electronic) and proposals in a professional way.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team-based environment, align with and influence internal and external stakeholders, and build, manage relationships at all levels of an organization. Adept at working in flexible, complex, and ever-changing environments.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following experience :

  • Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) preferred
  • Success in previous inside or outside sales roles including creatively finding opportunities and/or solving problems to drive sales
  • Use analytics and insights to enhance decision-making and tactical
  • Able to follow-through consistently and prioritize attention to detail
  • Possess excellent strategic Selling Skills
  • Customer focused professional demeanor and presentation
  • Highly focused and results oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Animal Health experience and knowledge of veterinary medicine a strong plus
  • RVT and/or Practice Management experience is a strong plus
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a strong plus
  • Exhibit willingness to accept and incorporate feedback
