Overview

Antech Sound Imaging is looking for a seasoned, energetic, and hard-working Customer Experience Specialist that has a proven track record of providing best-in-class customer care. This person will optimize every touchpoint within the customer journey. From the initial point of contact to post-purchase support the CX specialist focuses on the interactions each client has with the organization. We require someone who can bridge our internal teams and the thousands of customers who use our services and products every day, through the entirety of the customer experience journey.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize with Customer Experience Manager on Customer Experience trends, ways to improve our support and service to customers, and streamline our processes to better serve our customers.
  • Respond to and manage customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Support customers and internal teams with any escalated enquiries quickly and effectively through to resolution.
  • Work alongside, maintain clear and open communication within the Customer Experience Manager and leaders.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all department associates.
  • Attend & contribute to team discussions to help develop strategies that will contribute to improving overall customer experience.
  • Guide associates and customers through challenging concerns, make decisions in the customers’ best interest while also supporting Sound’s best business practices and mission
  • Master our internal management system in order to efficiently and effectively manage customer relationships

Qualifications

  • 5 years Customer Experience
  • Experience in project management
  • Customer Experience Software Knowledge i.e. Qualtrics, Medillia
  • CRM or Salesforce – Get Feedback Now
  • Customer Journey Development
  • Survey Development
  • Experience in the implementation of new software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced constant changing environment
  • Strong time management, planning & organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree 

Physical Requirements

  • Extensive typing and data entry (90%)
  • Predominantly sitting (90%)
