The Salesforce Engagement Lead will use a variety of channels to achieve these results, including developing/delivering trainings, managing release documentation, and driving in-app instructions/enhancements.


In the short term, the Salesforce Engagement Lead will help support business stakeholders through post-release hypercare by guiding users, refining training documentation, and supporting enhancements that bring clarity and value to the user experience. This role will also develop training content to support planned platform releases in the coming year.


Longer term, the Salesforce Administrator will help manage release planning and special projects within the team, including driving continuous improvement with data integrity. This role may also support a growing commercial operations function seeking to streamline core business processes.

  • Responsible for driving process adherence/understanding/satisfaction within SFDC app
  • Develops and manages operational KPIs to target and measure increased adoption and consistency of process and user satisfaction
  • Develops and leads special business projects to achieve KPIs
  • Develops platform enhancement recommendations to improve user experience (eg. tool tips, in-app instructions like guided paths)
  • Develops case studies to highlight adoption and correlation between platform use and business user value
  • Advocates for user experience through principles of clarity, consistency, and efficiency during development/release planningSupports inbound user requests that require instruction, referencing documentation where possible
  • Manages release planning process and appropriate communications (training / documentation / newsletter content)
  • Develops and maintains technical documentation for user training



  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience working closely with Salesforce platform
  • Applicable communications or training experience
  • Experience in Agile environment, and supporting work intake processes a plus
  • Prior user research experience / usability testing work a plus
  • Additional Salesforce certifications a plus (eg. Trailhead Badges, Administrator)
  • Health care background a plus (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.).


  • Command of Salesforce platform
  • Communication skills – Reads, writes, and speaks fluent English, using appropriate grammar, style, and vocabulary.  Correctly, spells commonly used English words and job-specific terms.
  • Demonstrates ability to find common ground between user feedback, work scope, and platform capabilities, and respectfully challenge ideas in the spirt of continuous improvement
  • Demonstrates exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Data analysis – Demonstrates ability to run basic analysis on data sets in order to identify patterns in platform use and opportunity



Role can be remote or in an Antech hub (Lake Success, NY, Fountain Valley, CA)
